Pyramid Dagim Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:
Large piece fillet salmon, skin on
1/4 cup Pyramid Dagim (fish seasoning) or more to taste
2 tbsp organic Olive Oil (optional)

  1. Leave the salmon fillet whole, not cut into serving sizes.
  2. Brush fish with olive oil, if using.
  3. Coat salmon with a generous layer of spice mix.
  4. Place salmon on grill with skin side down on med-hi flame.
  5. Cook until flaky but moist, 7 to 12 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
  6. Remove from grill and use a large flat spoon or spatula to remove flesh from skin. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
